Im-Prom-Tu is the eighteenth episode in Season 2 of Make It Pop.
Plot[]
The teens worry about missing their prom; an unforeseen issue puts a strain on Sun Hi and Linc; Jared spies on Corki and Alex; Jodi begins developing feelings for Darmala, and Caleb for Heather.
Full Summary[]

Sun Hi talks about how her band blast trophy gets shattered and how somehow her hearts is being crushed. Valerie and Linc tell Sun Hi exactly what happened in which Valerie explains that Linc came to her but Linc said that she came to him and he disagreed. Heather tells that it wasn’t like both of it, it was actually Linc who accepted Valerie’s offer calling it whatever. Linc tells Valerie that things are different now, but Valerie doesn’t mind, and says that he has to go with her to prom. Linc tells Sun Hi that it all happened before they happened and Sun Hi tells him she is ok with it. They have a little moment together but Valerie calls for Linc and he leaves. Alex tries to comfort Corki for breaking the Band Blast trophy and he asks Corki out for prom, strictly as friends and she agrees. Jared can’t believe that Alex just made Corki laugh, and that it was only him with such power. Meanwhile, Heather tells everyone that the prom was going to be super organised. Jodi says that if everyone helps, then it would be 'sick' and decides to design clothes for everyone. Sun Hi interrupts and offers to help, surprising everyone, saying that she was feeling weird and needed a distraction. Alex and Corki go to the store to look for prom decorations. Alex suggests broccoli, which reminds Corki of Jared because he gave her a bouquet of broccoli once. Jared peeks out from behind an aisle and eavesdrops on them until he leans too far and falls down, bringing a shelf of flour down with him. Meanwhile, Caleb is playing music and turns it up so loud that he blows out all the fuses, leaving lots of people complaining. Jodi and Sun Hi are stitching together some prom outfits using Mr. Stark as a mannequin when Steven comes up saying he is not sure if he has the right part to fix the bus, as well as asking if he can also go to Mackendrick's prom, which they allow him to. Caleb is about to launch a crazy plan in which he flies a kite and hopes for a lightning storm when Heather approaches and reminds him of her Think Fest project (the potato batteries) which they can use to turn the power back on. Corki, Alex and Jared are still in the store with a huge flour mess on the floor. Steven walks in, and starts to clean up, explaining that he is the son of the grocer as well. Jared gets distracted by bottles of honey on a shelf with pictures of squirrels on them, accidentally knocking them all over him and make an even bigger mess on the floor. Sun Hi is hard at work and Linc comes up, talks a bit and leaves. Jodi then comes up and asks if Sun Hi was alright. Sun Hi says she's feeling jealous and decides she has to do something about it. Sun Hi plans to stop prom but Jodi tells her she can't because everyone else is so happy. Linc comes up to them and thanks Sun Hi for acting so mature and helpful, making Sun Hi not want to cancel prom anymore. Caleb and Heather are thinking where to get the potatoes for the batteries when Caleb remembers about the store. Darmala suddenly runs into the scene carrying bags of prom clothes. Jodi thanks Darmala because she was tired of making so many clothes. Caleb leaves in anger and they (Caleb and Heather) head to the store. |
